After day of Zero death, Delhi reports 2 deaths and 127 Covid cases in last 24 hours

The zero single-day death was reported on Tuesday after nearly nine months. A total of 100 cases were reported on Tuesday.

The national capital Delhi reported zero death on 9th of February after almost 10 months. But, it seems that it was just for one day. A total of 127 fresn new covid cases and two deaths were reported on Wednesday, taking the overall toll to 10,884.

As per the latest available data, the infection tally in the city rose to 6,36,387, according to a health bulletin. The active cases tally on Wednesday stood at 1,046, while the positivity rate was 0.19%.

The lowest case in over nine months 96 was reported on January 27, and the first time the daily infections count had stood below the 100-mark in that month.

The fatality counts last Friday and Sunday were also two each, same as on February 2.
