AIIMS-Delhi to publish information on reservation roster on website

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi, has decided to publish all information regarding the reservation roster and department promotion committee and selection panel meetings on its website to bring more transparency.

The move is in continuation of an office memorandum issued in June that had advised the institution to publish all reservation rosters on the website to make the information easily accessible to the staff and the public alike.

“To further enhance transparency and to ensure proactive disclosure of information, as mandated under Section 4 of the RTI Act, it has been decided that the scanned copy of the original record of all the following committee proceedings/minutes shall be published online on AIIMS website,” said the office memorandum issued by AIIMS-Delhi Director Dr M Srinivas said.

The minutes and results of all selection committee, departmental promotion panel, Reservation Roster Implementation Committee meetings, including all relevant documents related to the finalisation of reservation rosters status of all sanctioned posts mapped to their reservation roster points, will be made public.
