RJD Supremo Lalu Yadav admitted at AIIMS Emergency

The Rashtriya Janta Dal president Lalu Prasad Yadav was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences emergency ward at New Delhi on Friday evening. He was rushed to the AIIMS after the complaint of fever and drowsiness.

AIIMS Doctor said that veteran politician Lalu Prasad Yadav is down with fever and drowsiness. However, he doesn’t look serious as of now, said the AIIMS Doctor. A source said that he has tested negative for Dengu, Malaria and Typhoid. However, he has been kept under the doctor’s close observation.

Ailing RJD Chief is currently out on bail and had visited the AIIMS in August for a routine health check-up. RJD chief Lalu Yadav, 73, took everyone earlier this week by surprise when he drove his jeep for a short distance in Patna on Wednesday morning. He even shared on social media the video of driving his first vehicle.

While sharing his video, Lalu Yadav in a tweet said “All born in this world are drivers in different form. May the vehicle of love, humanity, parity, prosperity, justice, patience and happiness run with enjoyment for everyone.” He was in Patna to appear before a special court on Tuesday in a fodder scam case.

Lalu Yadav left for national capital Delhi on Thursday where he was already undergoing medical treatment. However, he was admitted to the AIIMS following the complaint of fever and drowsiness after he reached Delhi.
