Top Dermatologist Dr Deepali Bhardwaj has alleged that she was cheated and mistreated by a doctor under the pretext of helping her organize an event at India Habitat Centre (IHC).

Dr. Bhardwaj, Dermatologist at MAX Superspecialist Hospital, alleged that the accused, Dr. Harish Bhalla, had also illegally taken her picture, which was available on social media, and used it on the manipulated Membership Card of IHC belonging to his late wife, Mrs. Kusum Bhalla. He did this to gain entry to the Gym of IHC.

Based on her complaint, an FIR of breach of trust has been lodged against Dr. Harish Bhalla with the Defence Colony Police Station.

“Dr. Harish Bhalla, approx. 72 yrs. old submitted a false & forged marriage certificate stating he is married to me to DGC when he was suspended at DGC for taking a guest and not paying fee which was me. I was 33 yrs. old at that time & am unmarried even now. I insisted he take it back on records of DGC but he did not. Finally, I lodged a police complt & FIR was lodged & later after FSL, etc charges were framed against him. Case is now in Delhi High Court with me and State of Delhi against him”, Dr Bharadwaj said in the complaint.

She claimed that Dr Bhalla introduced her as his third daughter everywhere and she went with him calling him HB Uncle in that spirit only.
