“Dr. Harish Bhalla, approx. 72 yrs. old submitted a false & forged marriage certificate stating he is married to me to DGC when he was suspended at DGC for taking a guest and not paying fee which was me. I was 33 yrs. old at that time & am unmarried even now. I insisted he take it back on records of DGC but he did not. Finally, I lodged a police complt & FIR was lodged & later after FSL, etc charges were framed against him. Case is now in Delhi High Court with me and State of Delhi against him”, Dr Bharadwaj said in the complaint.
