GNF partners with Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Development Centre

Global Nurse Force (GNF) on Friday inked a pact with Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Development Centre for Logistics (TNAPEX). The partnership is designed to identify, train, and place the state’s skilled nurses in premier healthcare institutions in high-demand countries, including the USA, UK, Germany, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

GNF will spearhead the initiative, leveraging TNAPEX’s extensive network to mobilize talent from across the state and deliver its life-changing career programs, said the GNF in a statement. It will provide a collaboratively designed curriculum to provide competency-based training that reflects modern clinical practice, giving learners the in-demand skills required by employers worldwide.

Tamil Nadu is home to a vast and dedicated community of nursing professionals, who form the backbone of the state’s healthcare system. However, many face challenges including limited career progression, wage stagnation, and demanding work environments. This groundbreaking partnership offers a transformative alternative.

Lalit Pattanaik, CEO, Global Nurse Force, stated: “The aspirations of Tamil Nadu’s talented nurses deserve to be met with world-class opportunities. By bringing our global expertise and proven recruitment model to the state, we are creating direct and ethical pathways to rewarding international careers. This partnership with TNAPEX allows us to provide future-focused clinical and language skills, empowering nurses to succeed on a global stage.”

This partnership aims to train and upskill a significant number of healthcare professionals in Tamil Nadu, solidifying GNF’s mission to build a globally-ready healthcare workforce from India.
