New Delhi:  StayHappi Pharmacy has made the former captain of the Indian cricket team Sourabh Ganguly its brand ambassador. StayHappi is a self-funded start-up incepted in October 2017. They have recently forayed into the Indian Pharmaceutical market with the launch of its first pharmacy in New Delhi.

Delighted Sourav Ganguly said on the occasion “I am delighted to associate with StayHappi Pharmacy as it is an initiative that supports ‘Make In India’ mission and provides medicines that everyone can buy as they are very affordable. It is a good initiative in a country like India, where thousands of people lose their lives due to lack of affordable medical services”.

Speaking on the appointment of Sourav Ganguly as the face of StayHappi Pharmacy, Dr. Sujit Paul, MD (StayHappi) said, “We are very happy to associate with a talented and versatile human being like Sourav. StayHappi is an initiative to provide generic medicine at genuine and affordable prices. I truly believe that our association with Sourav Ganguly will seek to establish and achieve exactly that. I welcome him to the StayHappi family, and look forward to a long and successful association.”

StayHappi soon plans to have pharmacies across cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Bhopal, Patna, and Bhubaneswar. They have plans to establish around 15,000 retail pharmacies by 2022.
